We offer bikes in different sizes to suit children of all ages. To find the right size, we recommend measuring your child's height and using our size guide. You are also welcome to contact customer service for personalized advice.
Measure the child's height and use our size guide. As a rule of thumb, we recommend:
- Ages 2–4: 12–14 inches
- Ages 4–6: 16 inches
- Ages 6–8: 20 inches
- Ages 8–11: 24 inches
- Ages 11+: 26 inches
We always recommend wearing an approved bicycle helmet. Check the bicycle's brakes and tire pressure, and make sure the bicycle is properly adjusted and in good condition before use.
Clean the bike regularly and lubricate the chain. Check the brakes, tires, and handlebars, and tighten bolts as needed. See our maintenance guide for more tips.
No, the bicycles are delivered 85% assembled. You need to install the handlebars, pedals, and wheels yourself, for example - it takes approximately 15–25 minutes.
We recommend that you check the tire pressure, brakes, and chain once a month - especially after winter.
If you find that the bike is not suitable after assembling it, it is not possible to return the bike
Yes, we offer delivery throughout Denmark. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. You can see shipping options and prices at checkout.
Yes, we ship throughout the EU. International shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order has been shipped.
Contact customer service as soon as possible with photos and a description. We will help you find a solution, such as a return or replacement.
- All in-stock items are marked in green on the product itself (normally delivered within 1-2 business days).
- All remote-stock items are marked in yellow on the product itself (normally delivered within 3-7 business days).
Yes. You have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Use our return form.
The customer covers the full return to our warehouse without any damage.
Return the unused bicycle and order a new one. You pay the return shipping yourself (DKK 99).
After your purchase, you will receive an email with the opportunity to write a review. We greatly appreciate your feedback!
Yes, all our products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from improper use, wear and tear, or lack of maintenance is not covered.

Follow the assembly instructions carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us - we will be happy to provide additional guidance, pictures, or a video link.
You are responsible for assembling the bicycle yourself. If you find it difficult, we recommend contacting a professional bicycle mechanic. This is at your own risk and expense.
Yes, we offer a 100% fully assembled bike as an add-on for DKK 699. You can select it when placing your order, although we can only assemble specific bikes.
A scratch can only be covered or refunded if it is discovered and documented *before* the bike is assembled. Check the bike upon receipt.
If the order has not been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled - but you can return it after receiving it.
Contact us immediately if any parts are missing. We will send the missing parts right away.
