At Børnecyklerne.dk we offer a full 99-day return policy – so you can shop safely and worry-free.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind – and that’s completely okay.
You therefore have 99 days from the day you receive your bike or accessories to return the item if you do not wish to keep it.
NOTE: Complaints (e.g., transport damage, defects, or faults) must be reported via our complaint form, which you can find here.
Important conditions for returns
To use the return policy, all the following requirements must be met:

The packaging must not be opened or broken.
– The packaging must appear as it did upon receipt and must not be cut open, torn, taped, or otherwise damaged. -
The bike must not be assembled, partially assembled, or used.
– If the bike has been assembled, it is considered used and cannot be returned as new. -
The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
– This applies to both inner and outer packaging, including foam inserts, plastic bags, ties, and protective elements. -
The product must be free of signs of use.
– No scratches, marks, dirt, or signs of outdoor use. -
Returns must have clear identification.
– The order number, name, and contact information must be clearly visible in the package.
If one or more of the above conditions are not met, Børnecyklerne ApS may reject the return or make a deduction in the refund corresponding to the item's depreciation (up to 25% of the purchase price).
How to return an item

Choose the return portal that matches your country (DK / SE / DE).

Follow the instructions and download your return label.

Pack the item securely in original packaging.

Submit the package at GLS or order pickup via Jetpack.

Show the QR code (at GLS) and get the label issued or attached.

Remember to get a receipt for submission – it serves as your proof.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount as soon as possible.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to return an item?
The return shipment costs 149 kr., which will be deducted from the refund.
For complaints (e.g., defects, faults, or damages), we naturally cover the return shipping.
When will I get my money back?
The amount will be refunded to your payment card within 3–7 business days after we have received and approved the return.
Can I exchange for a different color or size?
Yes, if the item has not yet been shipped.
If the item has already been shipped, you can return it and place a new order.
Can I return in a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store yet.

What if the bike is assembled or used outdoors?
Returns are accepted only if the bike is not assembled and has not been used.
Once a bike has been assembled or used, it is considered a used item, and the right of return is void.
If the bike is partially assembled or shows visible signs of use, a depreciation of up to 50% of the purchase price may be applied.
Can I return multiple orders in the same package?
Yes, you can. Just remember to clearly state all relevant order numbers both in the package and in your return email.

We only accept return packages sent directly to the address – we do not pick up from parcel shops or parcel lockers.
Always pack the item securely, as you as the customer bear responsibility for the item during transport.
